Progress

OK, so I never thought I would do this, but I have decided to post some progress photos and info.  I decided to do this because all along I have said that it's not about the number on the scale.  I want to have a stronger, leaner body.  This means muscle mass.  So even if I loose weight through my workouts, the change in the number on the scale won't be as drastic as the goals I plan to achieve.

In 2011 when I ran my first half marathon, I remember being somewhere around 128-130.  Even then I didn't feel as though I was where I could have been fitness wise.  But I was in the best shape I'd been in in quite some time.  I like to set short term goals because I feel as though they are so much more attainable.  I remember reading once that you should go for 5% at a time.  So, here goes nothin!!
