June 10-16

Are you ready to see live how a simple system can earn you money from home! Check this out! - http://chumpno1.easyprofit.track.clicksure.com

This past week has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me!  I was doing fantastic with my run streak (5k every day!) and then on Friday I had my wisdom teeth taken out.  Womp womp wommmp.  So that put an end to the streak.  Friday I had no recorded activity :(  But on Saturday and Sunday I did get out for a walk with Randy.

Day 10: Key - This is my favorite key chain!  Repping SC :)

Day 11: Big - BIG cheesy smile for my early morning run!

Day 12:  Black and white:  One of my favorite photos of Randy :)

Day 12:  My new running band to hold my phone finally came in the mail!  And I rocked a solid 4 miles

Day 13: Funny - Wishful thinking that I would come out of surgery to find out I won the lottery! haha

Ready to go!!  Big chipmunk cheeks about to get even bigger!!

On top of everything he did for me that day, I woke up to these one the table :)

Day 14: Flag - It was flag day!  A 1 mile walk, but still no running
Day 15: Father - An older picture with my dad and sister, it was Father's day as we as Stephie's birthday!

Day 16 - Play - An awesome first game for the US in the World Cup AND I got to run :)  Not too shabby

Medal and bib display board

I have been wanting to make one of these medal display boards for AGES and I am so glad that I finally did!

It took me a while to conceptualize the certain look that I was going for, I wanted something cute and feminine without being overly girly.  Running is tough business! I think I nailed it :)  It wasn't until after I changed my blog title and IG profile to "On the Run" that I felt like I really had a phrase or motto that I truly wanted represented up there.  Once I found it though, it was one of those epiphany moments as if to say "Of course! How could it have been anything else?!"

It was quite simple to make.  I found a piece of scrap wood in my parent's garage that had the beautiful molding on the top.  The paint is some that I borrowed from my sister, she had it left over from recently repainting her bathroom.  The knobs for the medals I found on clearance at Home Depot and the hooks for the bibs I found at a craft store in the picture frame hanging section (they were originally gold but I spray painted them black to match the knobs).  I also found the gold/white chevron washi tape in the "ribbon sticker" section at the craft store, and the letters were from the scrapbooking sticker section at the same craft store.  I love the letters because they appear sparkly but they aren't glitter, so no mess!

All in all, a very simple project with an awesome outcome that I love!

Woohoo medals :)

Pardon my STREAKING!

I am excited to be in the swing of completing my second T25 round, but in addition (as if I am not busy enough) I have decided to take on a running challenge!

I will be STREAKING from here until the 4th of July!  That's right, STREAKING!

I will run at least 1 mile every day from June 1st - July 4th.  I am aiming for a 5k each day, but let's just see how 1 mile goes!  :: The only kink in my plan is that I am having my wisdom teeth out this week and I am not sure that running will be in the picture.. but I plan to at least walk the distance and keep myself active for the days while I heal!

I can't wait for this to be true!!

So far in two days I have run 6.69 miles!

I will be posting a tally every few days... and maybe a delusional post somewhere in between while I am heavily medicated :)

See you there :)

Strong, Sexy Back

OK I am 12 weeks out from my 28th birthday (EEEEK)  and I have a long list of goals that I want to accomplish!  I figured what better way to keep myself accountable than to post them here for all to see!

First and foremost I WILL complete my thesis!! But that is non-workout related.

1.  Complete a second round of T25!

2.  Achieve a new half marathon PR

3.  I have always wanted a sculpted back and shoulders.  So I have started a pull-up challenge for myself.  I will do 5 unassisted pullups by August 13th!

Harpoon Brewery 5 Miler

This run was AWESOME!!!!  I had such a blast, couldn't have asked for a nicer morning and there was beer and  hot dogs waiting at the finish line.. what more could I want?!  I am disappointed that it is a lottery registration, because I would run this every year if I could!

I ran a PR pace of 9:44 min/mile which is SO SO awesome :)  I was thrilled.  I was aiming for anything under 10:30min/mile.

I am so excited for the change in my body especially my running endurance and strength.  This is going to be a great season, I can feel it!!

Pre-race selfie... ready to go!
Got my Shwings!!

Crossed the finish line with a new killer PR!!!

Lunch of Champions :)
So thankful to my mom and Randy for coming up with me :)

T25 GRADUATE!!!!

Woop woooop! The T25 results are IN and they don't lie!

I've lost 12 pounds and 9.5 inches, and gained a confidence in myself that I had definitely lost somewhere along the way.  Not to mention I became a permanent believer in Shaun T and member of the BeachBody family.

It took me quite a bit longer to complete the program than it should have (about 16 weeks instead of 10) but I was certain to complete every single workout along the way!  I even added some in haha

While I am ecstatic with my results, I am also determined to make as big of an improvement the next round!!

One of the best parts is that I absolutely love being a coach with BeachBody, being able to help others achieve their goals the way that I have.  Fitness is an ongoing process, and you don't have to go through it alone!

If you have any interest in the programs, let me know!  You can send me an email at CoachDanielleM8@gmail.com or visit http://tinyurl.com/coachdanielle
